You have to be smart when your *ss is on the line...

1. In uncertain circumstances be EXTREMELY careful. Expect Walkers even if you can't see them.
2. If you must venture among the walkers have a good plan with a backup plan, AND weapons to defend yourself.
3. Be prepared to kill ALL walkers.
4. Don't let children wander around in an environment that has not been proven safe.
5. Camping in the woods is not safe unless you have guards 24/7. Even then the guard could miss something.
5. Everyone should be armed and trained to take a walker out.
6. If comeone wants to "check out" let them. You don't need someone on your team you can't trust.
7. Leaving someone handcuffed to something is equal to killing them.
8. A Helmet and some sort of body protection would be good if you have to be among the walkers.
9. If you have to travel, do so in a vehicle that is protected, like a truck or van with no windows. Armored military vehicles are great! Also, take extra gas, weapons and supplies. A vehicle that is large enough to sleep in would be nice also. I would get a cargo truck so I could sleep without worrying about a Walker surprising me.
10. Get a frikkin' phone book and find out where the gun stores are! Maybe they have some guns and bullets left in them.
11. Have a "Trap the Walkers" plan. Make noise, draw them all into a building, lock them in and then burn the building to the ground! What's wrong with that plan?
