Dale's RV offers the survivors shelter, comfort and a small taste of the creature comforts of the life they once knew. Not surprisingly, the father figure who owns it offers those around him a kindred sense of security. "He's a bit of a guardian," actor Jeffrey DeMunn says of his character Dale in this new video interview. "He's not frightened of death, and he can just press ahead and take care of those he has come to love and care for."
