Join the fun as we Countdown to Season 3! #15DAYSOFTK

A few other fansites have posted this creative idea to help pass the time as we countdown the days until Season 3. With a few minor changes I think we could come up with a way to play along!

'Hey, yo Linden The Killing Fans!

As we all know (it’s been on our calendar for weeks now) The Killing season three premires on June 2nd on AMC. In celebration of the new season and the return of TV’s best duo (arguably, of course) I thought it’d be fun to have a little countdown. Starting on the 19th of May, we’ll countdown to the season three premiere by re-living the best of seasons one and two. You can make edits, gifs, text posts, etc. to answer each days topic. Make sure to tag it with #15DAYSOFTK. As of late I’ve felt like there isn’t really a big fandom for the show on tumblr but I could be wrong! Anyone and everyone can join in on the fun. Make sure to check out the tag everyday to like and reblog each other’s stuff. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns don’t be afraid to drop a message in my ask. The countdown kicks off with Day 15 on May 19th and continues with Day 14 on May 20th, Day 13 on May 21st and so on and so forth. REBLOG THIS TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE ON BOARD AS POSSIBLE. 'The Killing' Merchandise/Memorabilia..can anyone help?

I suppose Pamala might know who/where to ask: where can we buy official TK stuff (t-shirts etc.)? I've been wondering for ages, been searching everywhere. I see that there are Walking Dead items here, but i'm having no luck finding TK stuff. This site is not exactly helpful :( I saw a pic here not that long ago of a raincoat/jacket for TK but I don't remember what the deal was...if we could buy it or not.

I do have a few things of TK at the moment but it was only because of some really really kind folks (they sent me some wonderful things from the production--including an autographed picture which has become one of my most treasured items) but I would really like a shirt or sweater that I can wear on a regular basis--something I can be carefree/casual with. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Killing is Amazing!

I just started watching The Killing from the very first episode today and it's already one of my favorite shows! Great story and the acting is incredible. Especially Mireille Enos; her character, "Sarah Linden" is my favorite! I even really like the show's beginning music. I'm hooked and so happy there's going to be a Season 3!

I am so happy that the killing is back, I love it. The two lead actors are exceptional. The writing is great. I could not believe it when I heard that it would not be returning for another season. I actually responded to that decision and apparently so did others. I turned my sister onto the show and we actually watched the first season on netflix and then she caught up on the second season only to hear that it was not returning. My sister was hooked at that point and I had already been hooked. Thanks to whoever decided to have it return.

Can we have a thread where Killies can 'shake hands' with Newbies?

So it went: Dozens of flowers tossed in the air, rice heaved into eyes and ears.,..lots of tears, laughing, hugging. ERRR....No, that's not from a wedding, but it describes precisely the party in my mind...the joy and affirmation I felt when I heard TK season 3 was a definite go. I have much to celebrate in my personal life this past year, and getting a season 3 of TK is just ridiculous:-)

I soooo look forward to the super chats with all y'all fine folks (old and new) here on this AMC forum. My gosh, the anguish that many of us went through last year, not knowing if the show was coming or going. And when rumour swelled that 'leveraged peeps' were reading our forum, we all tried so hard to bait those AMC moolies into answers. We failed miserably. And So, forever and a day later, in the here and now things have worked out for the best, and I'm extremely excited about the new story, along with the fun chattin' with TK's finest fans/haters/lukewarmers. Ogi Jun '2nd ;-)

What was your favorite moment from the killing seasons 1 and 2? Was it learning who killed Rosie or was it something that holder did. Maybe it was something with linden or any other characters. What did you like about the killing and what do you hope to see in season 3?
