[i][b]Mutant Swinger from Mars[/b][/i] is a 2009 Science fiction comedy film written, produced and directed by Michael Kallio. A cross between Young Frankenstein, The Nutty Professor and all of Ed Wood's movies, the film pays homage to all things sci-fi, horror and comedy. The film features the acting debut of Jack White (pre-White Stripes and Cold Mountain) of The White Stripes, The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather. Shot in 1998, but finished in 2009, it made its [i][b]WORLD PREMIERE [/b][/i]at the San Diego Comic Con on July 25, 2009. In early October of 2009, the film was awarded Best Sci-Fi/Comedy at the Fargo Fantastic Film Festival 7. The film's LA premiere will be at Screamfest 2009 on October 24th at 3:00pm at Grauman's Mann Chinese 6 theaters.
