Smith, real name Paul Linebarger, was a legendary pioneer of weird SF (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cordwainer_Smith). His Instrumentality of Mankind stories stand out in my memory as some of the most creative (and bizarre) things I have ever read. His daughter runs the site but admits she isn't much of a scifi fan and is looking for someone (or maybe some people?) to assist with the blog.

old robert wagner film

I'm trying to find the name of an older Robert wagner film where it takes place I believe in an under sea city. They have this new powerfull energy that they must keep under control with surounding it in piles of gold and Robert wagner plays(I think) the bad and trys to steal either the gold or the new power. the new power is in the form of large glowing balls. Can anyone help me?
