Hard to defend a list of superior sequels that leaves off "The New Batch" but I'm surprised a sci-fi blogger would balk at their inclusion of "Back to the Future 2." Granted, it doesn't hold up as a self-contained piece the way the first (or, hell, the third)does, but it's way more ambitious, and it's inarguably a better science-fiction film.

Not saying that's a compelling reason why you, personally, should like it more, but a thousand times no? That's a lotta no.
