Hey JohnnyZ -- the movie is "Killer Klowns from Outer Space". When you shoot/pop/burst their nose, they explode into a confetti.
The Sci Fi Dept. shot an upcoming episode (coming soon) where we quiz people about how to destroy various movie monsters. When we asked "how do you kill a killer klown?" only one person knew the answer.... Tom Savini. He's a class act.
