Bill Murray: A Career in Three Stages
Stripes (1981)
In the thick of Murray's glory days on the funny-man A-list, this military buddy comedy picks up right where Caddyshack left off, entrenching the goofy actor as the slapstick comedian du jour and cementing the formula that would carry him through this stage: Stick Murray as a lovable loser in an uptight institution (a country club, or in this case, the Army) and let hilarity ensue.
