Losers Stoney (Pauly Shore) and Dave (future hobbit Sean Astin) dig up a frozen caveman (Brendan Fraser), defrost him, then bring him to high school, where the Cro-Magnon quickly becomes Big Man on Campus. To his credit, Fraser manages to bring a degree of sweetness to a silly role thereby squeezing this movie onto the list albeit at Number 10. (Shore's stoner shtick keeps it ranked low.)
