The Character: Francis (Frank) Costello
The Diagnosis: Sociopath
The Symptoms: Patient exhibits disregard for the rights of others by frequently killing or maiming them. Has trouble sustaining relationships, spies on co-workers for the Feds, and plants spies in the local police precinct.
The Prognosis: Could work through his childhood issues by playing father figure to a young protégé, but is more likely to shoot him than to provide an affectionate hug.
