Dave Houser of Marysville, PA, discovered his love of taxidermy while still in high school and opened his first studio only a few years later. Specializing in waterfowl and game birds, Houser has won over 50 first place awards, several Best In Show awards and The Governor’s Award. In addition to creating and producing mounts, he also judges shows, teaches students his craft and is currently on his third term as the President of the Pennsylvania Taxidermy Association. A hip-hop music fan and an outdoorsman at heart, Houser loves to hunt, fish and shoot.
