Can a yuppie juggle child-rearing, romance, and a career? "Tiger lady" J.C. Wiatt (Diane Keaton) inherits a pesky moppet from a distant relative, puts it up for adoption, changes her mind, loses her job and boyfriend, moves to the country - and finds fulfillment, natch. The Kennedy girls who played baby Elizabeth probably have kids of their own by now. Fortunately, their early cuteness was captured for all eternity, clinching tenth.
