2. Kaitlyn and Kristen Hooper, Addams Family Values (1993)
The newest addition to the altogether ooky Addams clan holds a special place in the hearts of anyone who roots for the outsider. Older siblings Wednesday and Pugsley view their baby brother with suspicion, convinced that the arrival of a new child means one of them will have to die. It's a shame because Pubert is adorable: Those pale cheeks, that dashing pencil mustache. A baby with facial hair is a scream, which is why the youngest Addams creeps into second.
