The Newsdesk 04.10.09 - Public Enemies Gets Trailer; Tron 2 Costs $300 Million?

Tron 2 is looking to be the most expensive movie ever made with a reported $300 million budget. Turns out achieving the dated look of the original is pretty costly.

• The Jack Black and Michael Cera comedy Year One had its rating dropped from R to PG-13 after cuts were made by producer Judd Apatow and director Harold Ramis. It's amazing what a difference a couple of loincloths will make.

• The new trailer for Public Enemies ,starring Johnny Depp and Christian Bale, will make you long for summer movie season.

• Robert Downey Jr.'s Sherlock Holmes could be the next hot Hollywood franchise.

• The writers of the Venom movie revealed a few details about the proposed Spider-Man 3 spin-off. One issue they didn't address: why do we need a Venom movie?

Semi-Pro director Kent Alterman will tackle the comedy Treehouse Gang about a group of childhood friends who reunite for a treasure hunt.
