The Spirit Award nominations were announced this morning. Rachel Getting Married, Ballast and Frozen River lead with six nominations each.
Tonight, George Lucas will present Jackson with this year's honors.
This fascinating political procedural about the late gay activist could earn an Oscar nod for Sean Penn.

I like the way these actors try to say so much, but really say so little. Sounded like articulated BS to me. Their interviews are such a waste of time!!!
Dorothy.. I wonder how you would spice up an interview when you're being asked the same questions over and over. I would think it would give you a lot of time to reflect on a different answer, but it would also become extremely tedious. Also, I'm curious as to why you would bother to watch celebrity interviews at all since you have a predispositioned view. Try not to waste your time! And for that matter, other people's time as well. It's a bore!
