The Princess Bride and getting to meet Rob Reiner and Mandy Patinkin.

I sat in a classroom, 14 years old and bored out of mind. The teacher, in an attempt to shut up a room full of rowdy kids, put a movie inside a massive VHS player..."The Princess Bride". It was that day that I first fell in love with a movie that, to this day, remains a classic.

Almost 2 decades later, I found myself sitting across from two of the amazing film icons who helped make the "Princess Bride" possible. Rob Reiner, who's white beard and heartwarming smile are almost a trademark that we associate with great movies was sharing one of his favorite film making experiences as he sat next to legendary actor Mandy Patinkin (Inigo Montoya).

Just being able to hear what it was like being part of a movie that's not just known to so many, but MEMORIZED by millions was the highlight of my year.

The acting, the sets, the unforgettable characters, a moving love story, the jokes and, of course, the best sword fight ever makes this movie one that truly passes the test of time. Whether you're 14 years old or 80 years old, this flick continually passes the test of time.

Feel free to hit me back. I'll be on the whole time the movie's playing!

I saw that Rob Riener was going to be commenting on the Princess Bride tonight and since I am one of those fans that has the film memorized I thought i would watch. But I must say that the editing of the movie and the commentary (especially the commentary) is really annoying and distracting. Why can't they just have a commentary section that is really an interview. I am sure you had to pay to get Rob and Mandy on the show, why not show the whole thing?

Garrett, they're showing things out of order. Why was the "Cheetos" question first?

this is fun, though. Hope you've been well!

This movie was one of my favorites as well. My favorite part was when Vicini sees Wesley climbing the rope and says "Inconceivable!" Inigo responds, "You keep using this word, I do not think you know what it means."
