Video - Small Town Security's Joan Koplan Addresses People Who Mistreat Animals

In the series premiere of Small Town Security, Joan Koplan revealed that underneath her tough exterior is a soft spot for her little Chihuahua, Lambchop. In this new Small Town Security video, The Chief reveals her love for all animals and demonstrates exactly what she'd like to do to people who abuse them. Hint: It involves a firearm.
