The original has been called gruesome and disturbingly violent so it should come as no surprise that horror legend Wes Craven admitted at the remake's premiere that he almost called Last House on the Left something far creepier: The Sex Crime of the Century. Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul (who stars in the movie) also did some rewriting.

Wes Craven and Aaron Paul weren't the only two with titillating things to say about the new version of Craven's 1972 landmark. On the red carpet, co-star Martha MacIsaac (best known for her role in Superbad) describes the plot as "people get kidnapped, people get a little bit tortured."
