Sometimes Even Santa Is More Naughty Than Nice

Santa Claus is coming to town pretty soon, which leads us to wonder: What exactly does Santa look like? Is he jolly old Saint Nick with a snow-white beard? Or a crude, alcoholic swindler dressed in Kris Kringle's clothing? Or perhaps an animated skeleton standing in for the captured Santy Claws?
