Snoop Dogg Insists He's the Only One Who Could've Played Huggy Bear

Is there anyone else who could have portrayed streetwise pimp Huggy Bear in Starsky & Hutch the movie? Streetwise musician Snoop Dogg doesn't think so, especially since he took it upon himself "to bring additive flavors... to make him look all the way fly."
