This is one of my all time favorite movies. I love the actors and the sound track. Brown Eyed Girl is on my top 3 list of great songs. I hope J. Roberts makes more great movies where she is the lead.

I love the movie and Julia Roberts but for the life of me can't understand why she would throw her wedding ring in the toilet where he might possibly find it when she had the whole ocean or even on the bus miles away ??? I know it sets up his search for her but I think he would have made it any way after the phone call from the friend who had to keep on blabbing away even after he told her she couldn't swim.. Still a great movie and I watch it every time it comes on tv....Gerri

Everytime I get a chance to see this movie, I watch it! I love how she, Julia Roberts, finds love again so naturally and "So Softly".
