Destroy All Humans! Big Willy Unleashed

humans.jpg

Of all the monster-filled video games that have been released in the past few years, none is more full of parody than the Destroy All Humans! series. When the latest, Big Willy Unleashed, hits stores later this month, snickers and chuckling will ensue. The game -- featuring the brain-eating, soul-sucking, big-headed Crypto -- is rife with broadly satirical touches referencing the 1970s, a time before cable TV and, yes, even AMC. As you can see in this Game Trailers video, everything from Patty Hearst to Soylent Green is worthy of lampooning. And if you've ever wondered what went into that special fried chicken recipe at the mega-chain KFC, the answer is about to be revealed.

These games look like they are a howling good time. Awhile ago we were talking about the new Godzilla video game and I lamented about how my wife didn't want a gaming system in the house. But I finally got a PS2 under the guise of I just really want to play Guitar Hero (being the musician that I am) and she finally caved. I got Guitar Hero III with it and I also got Ultimate Spiderman and Spiderman 2 (the movie game). Then a couple of weeks ago I picked up Godzilla: Save the Earth and Marvel Ultimate Alliance and man do they all rule. I love playing the Godzilla came and can't wait to get the new one as well. I'm definitely also going to check out Destroy All Humans. Are they fun to play Goldberg?
