It's not the Last House On The Left, but it sure is scary.  That's because, sometimes (more often than I'd like), owning real life real estate is scarier than horror movies.  According to the TMZ.com, horror director/legend Wes Craven is suing former MTVidiot Pauly Shore.

The reason?  A landslide from Shore's property onto Craven's digs.  Says TMZ, "Wes Craven has sued Pauly Shore for allegedly causing a honkin' landslide on his property and screwing with his head.

"In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ and filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Craven says Pauly, his neighbor, slacked off in keeping up his yard, pool, spa, sprinklers, irrigation, swales, downspouts and slopes."

And that's just the beginning.

The TMZ continues, "As a result, Craven claims 'water from the Shore Property intruded and infiltrated the Craven Property causing a slope failure/landslide' in December, 2006.

"Craven, who caused millions to cringe in a string of horror movies, claims he "suffered and will continue to suffer severe emotional distress and anxiety..." 

Geez, Wes.  Just send Freddie Kruger after the guy.  Or send the Swamp Thing to crush him.  That Vampire in Brooklyn could make Pauly Scream, too.
