Was JJ still prenant?

I was under the impression that JJ didn't appear in the 1st episode of season 5 because she was on maturnity leave, which means she was not still pregnant for the tapings of the rest of the season. If this is so then they did not put her in a fat suit to hide the baby bump but rather it was really the story line for her to have gotten heavy. Can anyone elborate with actual facts?
