Peggy's Toughest New Rival: Megan Draper or Michael Ginsberg?

Before the season began, MW quipped, "It's every man for himself." I think Peggy is going to see some challenges to her position near the top of SCDP's heap. Megan is obviously not happy with writing coupon copy, and will use a little nepotism magic to get better assignments. Young Michael Ginsberg is very aggressive, and could very well outshine Peggy in terms of new ideas. Your thoughts?
