What will happen to Don's career in the next 2 seasons?

Don Draper is the right man in the right place at the right time. But this is the slim window called advertising's "Golden Age" when Creative Directors and star Art Directors were strong enough to attract clients. It was also the age when Account Executives and their minions focus-group gurus (like Faye Miller) were in the ascendency — soon to shut the window on the "Golden Age."
We're also about to witness the explosion of Hippy Culture which held what Don does in the lowest contempt.
What will happen to Don? Can he bend with the winds? Will his already fragile identity crack under the pressures? Huge cultural and social changes are coming — and they're coming fast.
Where will life take Don?
