Hidey Ritt!

I, too, saw our "Anna" on NCIS....which is my poor substitute for Mad Men during the off season....it does have that rapid-fire dialogue and is pretty darn entertaining, but, alas....only Mad Men is Mad Men and, as I said, it is but a poor substitute.

Loved seeing Ms. Hamilton again....made me wish for her refreshing presence in S4....dare we hope?

If so, do you suppose she might make a real play for Don when she hears he's divorced ~~ or vice versa?

They might make a fine couple, come to think of it.

I love the Anna Draper character, and now there is no reason why she can't show up in NYC for season 4.
I saw Melinda on an episode of Criminal Minds in which she played a crazy woman who kidnaps kids, beast feeds them and eventually kills them to make up for the loss of her own child. Pretty weird, but she did a great job.

Too true, SC, there is no substitute for MM, but we have to make do somehow!

Wow, now that's what I call "range," kathie! She is definitely a big talent, IMO as well.

I agree, I'd love to see more of Anna in S4....maybe my old suspicion that the kid seen having his piano lesson when Don came to visit her a while back will indeed turn out to be Don's son (just a hunch I had, but you never know!) it's just hard for me to believe that Don and Anna's relationship has been totally platonic....I mean, as I've posted before, when she asked him "What am I going to do with you?" after he told her what happened to the "real" Don Draper/her husband, I find it difficult to fathom that she would not think of a pretty fun answer to her own question pretty darn quick!

Anne Dudek (Francine) plays Lura, wife of the polygamist prophet's son, in "Big Love". In this role she's conniving and eager to help her husband dispose of his father and become prophet himself. Interesting to see her in prairie dresses and braid with upswept pouf in front instead of with cocktail and cigarette in hand as in Mad Men. This may have been brought up before, but as someone who doesn't get HBO and has to rent "Big Love", I just realized it.
