Don might have to be honest in the future...
I'm not sure if this issue has been raised before and I apologise if it has (there's alot of posts to sift through!) but something occurred to me:
Betty now knows about Don's past and his birth name, etc. Now that they are gettig divorced, presumably he will start dating. Now, okay, Don is not exactly a long-term relationship type of guy, but if he ever starts something even vaguely serious with someone and Betty meets her (due to th children meeting her, or even accidently), she may end up being told about Don's 'secrets' earlier than Don would like.
Either because Betty tells her (is there anybody here who would actually put that past her?), probably just to be vindictive, or because Betty threatens Don, or just that he wants to pre-empt her.
There's a good chance that this will never be brought up, particularly due to Don's preference for "dicking around", but I just thought that might be interesting.

I don't really want it to go in this direction, but I can almost guarantee the show is going to end with Don and Peggy together (not married, perhaps, but in a permanent, non-platonic relationship). It's been made clear that Peggy's only going to pursue a relationship with someone who respects her professionally, and over the seasons, she's slowly been shaped into the type of woman Don always falls for - not just personality and career-wise, but even her hair has been gradually darkened from light brown to a typical Draper Brunette (as opposed to Betty's Hitchcock Blonde).
I have a feeling she's going to be the first (and only?) person he willingly divulges these personal details to, but I also think it's several years away from happening; the writers will probably hold off until the final season.
I think the only other people who will find out about Don's past will be his kids. He will tell them when they are old enough to understand.
