Betty resolves to continue to eat only Melba toasts for breakfast so she'll look good on Henry's arm at the RNC when Nelson Rockefeller accepts the nomination!
Peggy resolves to date younger men who already have jobs.
Pete resolves to stay married to Trudy but get Peggy back into bed.
Trudy resolves to force Pete to adopt a baby now that he has her Dad's clerasil account.

Nice list, there, kathiemarie....I do have a theory relating to your 4th entry, however....I think that in S4, Gudrun (the au pair with the dress stain problem) will leave a basket containing the answer to Trudy's prayers ~~ dressed in pink or blue ~~ outside Trudy's doorstep, on her way to board the boat back to the old country!
JMO....but, it would solve both women's problems! Pete might suspect, esp. if it looks just like him, and also knowing it's been only slightly after the passing of approx. 9 months!
Paul resolves to get back at Peggy. (While shrieking, "I'll get you, my dearie!... and your little firm, too!") He also vows to best Kurt and Smitty in a struggle to keep his title as Most Bohemian Person In The Office and is the first to start wearing Nehru jackets.
Ken resolves to start caring even less about his position in the newly bought agency and hope this even more laid-back mindset will make him a partner this time.
Great idea, SC, I had almost forgotten about Gudrun. Maybe after Trudy adopts, the neighbor will recommend Gudrun to the Campbells as a nanny!
I couldn't think of resolutions for everyone, but I'd like to see some for Sal, Paul, and Ken.
