Sandy has been here for ages just like a lot of us old(er) Maddict Gals....that's how we know, NYCguy..(that she's sweet and non critical, as wasthere put it....so well, I might add) I've never once read a snotty post of hers, just words of song...lol

Gayberry RFD. New Yorker Salvatore Ramano travels to North Carolina and opens an interior decorating service to the good citizens of Gayberry. Sal moves in with "Aunt Bea", a former marine drill sargent getting in touch with his feminine side. Hijinks begin when the local sheriff hires Sal to redecorate the courthouse. Window swags, buffet lamps along with incense and a fainting couch cause headaches for the sheriff when Mayor Stoner smells something "funny. Floyd the barber befriends Sal and tries to slowly acquaint him with the southern ways. Deputy Sheriff Barney comes back from a haircut one day while Sal was visiting Floyd, and all Barney could say was, Its big Andy, its big!

Glean Acres, Lois Sadler marries farmer Oliver Douglas and moves to Hooterville. She finds that she has quite the green thumb, as long as she is riding her John Deere tractor. Her husband tries his hand at all kinds of farming from raising olive trees for olive oil to a utility pole farm. Oliver is very jealous that Lois has much success with a stange plant that brings a healthy and exciting alternative to the tobacco cigarettes everyone else smokes. No one loses a foot, but her neighbors Cheech and Chong become very good friends and help out on the farm.
