I heartily agree!!! I blame whatever they put on this site that's different from last year:

Mad Men Yourself avatars: I tried to make one and my computer froze.

The advertisements that have motion or movement: for some reason.....Lord knows why....I believe these cause a real problem. I had to disable "Animated Media from amc.com" because my computer was coughing and hacking and making strenuous (?) noises.

By disabling this feature, however, I lost the ability to view updated posts unless I post something first...it's been hell. For instance, after I post this, and if you answer me, I will have to post something trivial in order to read any posts below mine. Stupid!!

I too have had problems all along with this site, and lately, whole screens freeze, the site boots me off and I have to sign in again and again, or it won't allow me to sign in, and a host of other problems. It's almost not worth the effort at this point. I too have problems viewing my posts (even after hitting the refresh button) and I have to wait at least 3-5 minutes sometimes before they appear. This site is one of the absolute worst on the Web!

yes ... sigh ... I wish they would fix it
at I work I can't even go this site because it just slows right down and at home I cannot post a message only reply and sometimes the reply doesn't even work

and the crazy thing is ........ I don't want to use any other site
