The sneak peak has Don in Lane Pryce's office - they are both in their shirtsleeves. Don is complaining about the heat (among other things).
I predict the opening scene will be in the main Sterling Cooper office, with the secretaries fanning themselves. Moneypenny will be explaining that the heating system is malfunctioning but is expected to be shipshape and running in Bristol fashion very soon. Harry, Pete, Ken and Paul will be making funny comments and stripping off their suit coats.
