Joan is a fascinating character.
That was awesome! I don’t know why she married that loser in the first place. I have a feeling Joan and Roger are not over. That phone conversation was highly charged. It was surprising that she called him for help; she must be pretty desperate. At least she will get rid of whiny Dr. Loser for a while in basic training. Hopefully she will realize she is better off without him. Joan is my favorite character. She and her clothes are beautiful, and she is always surprising. She knows Emily Post by heart, yet she is not afraid to smack hubby upside the head when he needs it!
