Mad Men On Location?

I know that our dear MM is filmed in California, but I think that if trips for business or pleasure take our characters elsewhere, there are a lot of locations that would still fit the MM era. As a Minnesotan, I would love to see a scene shot at the gorgeous Foshay Tower in Minneapolis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foshay_Tower . Where would you like to see MM on location?

Since I've been breathlessly awaiting a fashion shopping scene, I'd love it if they could film one in Harrods!

Well Michigan has of late become somewhat of a Hollywood of the Midwest (believe it or not but its true, what with our 40% tax rebate). I'd love SC to go after an automotive account. Ford World HQ in Dearborn is still as it was in the '60s . I'd love to see Don and KEN on an out-of-town to Detroit to land the Ford account, then having lunch somewhere and hearing the Motown Sound for the 1st time.

Also we have beautiful lakes... would love to see a scene of the Drapers at their summer home or cottage. The film crew would have their pick of homes and lakes.

How about Montclair, hometown of Paul Kinsey?

I’d love to see the new refurbishment of the Wellmont Theatre showcased (no pun intended)!
