I think that Hollis didn't answer Pete's question about the TV because he really doesn't own one. Back then, a lot of African Americans were so disenfranchised and impoverished that they were barely getting by. If they knew someone who had a TV they would all go to that person's house to watch it. I just find it strange that he just couldn't tell Pete WHY he bought his TV. I hope they show more Hollis in the future. Maybe he will be the next new hire in creative when Peggy leaves.
