How can I rent my collection of 60s-70s formal wear ?
I have a collection of vintage clothing and I don't want to give them away. They are mostly sizes 6-10. some mens dinner jackets. I thought I might be able to rent them for TV /movie studios.

Are you located in a major film/TV production center? If so are you able to alter the vintage garments? Can you make a deal with a really good dry cleaner with fast turn around and over night service?
If close to large costume rental firms, you might make a deal to sub/wholesale rent. They rent from you when your garments are needed and then rent those to the studio.
If you are outside major production centers, then you could contact local semi-pro and amateur theater companies.
