You might try (?) clearing your cache and browser history. Also if you have a pop-up open, that might get in the way of the download. Not sure.

I didn't have any problems (latest Firefox, latest Flash, etc) but sometimes I can't do things with FF but open Internet Explore and everything is just fine, so I imagine these things are plugin compatibility issues. I've had weird problems with YouTube like that in the past. All of that said, do'nt forget you can do a "print screen" by holding "ctrl" and "Print Scrn" (probably above the "insert" key or number pad). That will paste the entire image (including the mouse, so do'nt have that over the image you want) onto the clip board, which you can paste into whatever photo editing software you have and crop it down to the MM shot. Not the simplest workaround, but better than nothing if updating your plugins (Adobe Flash player, Java) doesn't help.

Same problem here. I can create my character but it will not download. I have a 64 bit OS. Could that be the problem?

I have problems with the video too. All I get is that Clorox ad on an endless loop over and over.

It could be compatability but I can't imagine it would be that complicated, I don't have problems anywhere else with video. Maybe someone's asleep on the job over there. Or, pulled a Freddy Rumson.

The first time I tried to download my character directly from the AMC site, but it didn't work...I had waited about five minutes... so, just tried another day when I found a link advertised somewhere else. Wish I could remember where I saw the link... maybe a news site...anyway, it was in the middle of the day so maybe the server wasn't as busy and it worked.

No problems, but I'm using windows XP, not the newer versions. Also, I downloaded to my desktop rather than to a subdirectory.

.....I've been surfing other MM sites, and there are SO many people who did this cute little app, and are using the avatars.

It is way too much fun, but still, let it be said you can never have too many shoes, nor too many accessories.

Also, the "Charlie Brown" nose Dyna tossed in there was pretty funny.

When I click to start the "MadMen Yourself" function, it takes me to videos. One time, it took me to an "invalid page" error message.

Thing is, it worked perfectly yesterday.

Why would clearing my cache helped when the error seems to be on the AMC with linking to the correct location?

I had a problem with it because it wasn't telling my system what type of file to save it as. When I added ".jpg" to the end of the name it worked.
