Season 3 info???

Anybody know anything? Have been a fan of this show since day one and haven't heard when or if season three will begin.

I believe the date for Season Three to begin has been mentioned a few times - July 27th.

When I woke up a few minutes ago I had an e-mail from Amazon saying my MM Season 2 set that I pre-ordered on 12 January 2009 is estimated to arrive between 20 and 24 July 2009.

This does appear to support the theory that AMC will start showing Season 3 of Mad Men in late July.

Still, the question remains why Lion's Gate and AMC have not announced start of Season 3 production.

The fact is Hollywood as a production community is not very good at keeping secrets. If the cast and crew of MM are hard at work on those fabulous sets in the former Union Oil facility, you would think word would leak out.
