Peggy and Joan dopplegangers?
I watched "The New Girl" for the second time this weekend and noticed a couple interesting things in the flashback scenes of Peggy in the hospital and thought I'd mention them. In the first flashback with the doctor, there is a woman dressed in street clothes lying on the bed next to Peggy. Her back is to the camera so we don't see her face. Just as the doctor gets up to leave, she stands up, walks across the room, goes to the window, and stands looking out. She has a ponytail just like Peggy. Then, in the next flashback with Don, it appears that there is no bed next to Peggy. But now there is a figure lying in the bed in the corner, being attended to by a nurse. The figure in the bed looks corpse-like, but I swear, she has bright red hair!
Did anyone else notice these, and if so, what if anything do they mean? And to which "girl" does the title really refer? MM is FULL of misdirection.
Or am I just developing an MM obsession? Should I seek professional help?

Not sure how long you've been a Maddict, but quite a few months ago, we had almost an entire thread devoted to our all needing to go to "Mad Men Rehab"....I forget how long ago that was, it's been months and months....but, trust me....if you didn't "need to seek professional help" you wouldn't truly be a Maddict!

I've only been posting for several months, but I've been a Maddict since the beginnig. I am, however, getting anxious for the third season to start. What ever will we do in the meantime, SC?

Plus, I'm wondering why the time (between seasons) seems to be moving so much slower than the last two seasons???
Does anyone else feel that way???
Hell, at this point, I'd settle for over and over S1 and S2 Marathons....z said something like that already on another thread....we're all so desperate, that would be better than our paltry one epi dose of MM every Sun. night---and that on so late that we have to DVR it most of the time....oh well...rant over....
Does anyone know when the new season
begins, I also keep waiting for it.

No Season 3 until September 31st or the 12th of Never, which ever comes first....
