Mad Men Book and Merchandise

Does anybody know if there is any plans to release a book of mad Men or anyother merchanside from the show

cafepress.com has quite a lot of MM merchandise, monkey, you might try them....

.....monkey.....(This is late, sorry) Amazon has a nice little Mad Men store.....also eBay has items, including signed scripts, etc.
