Happy Holidays to All My Merry Fellow Maddicts!
Winter is not entirely drear,
For mid its cold and snow,
Come Christmas, Hanukkah, and the glad New Year,
Their pleasures to bestow.
So for this note, to you addressed,
There is sufficient reason:
It comes to wish the very best
of this lovely season!
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!

Hi Zerelda, what a beautiful semtiment!!
Happy Hanukkah! Happy Kwanza! And for my fellow Maddicts who celebrate Christmas...The Merriest!
From my favorite Christmas Gospel by Luke, as recited by Linus in "The Charlie Brown Christmas":
"And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them...And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
Luke 2:9-11
I wish everyone a very happy, healthy and peaceful New Year!!
Hope to be in touch regularly soon again!

The Merriest of Christmas and Happiest of Hanukkah! Love to all!
To Zerelda and all our Maddicts: Have a wonderful holiday season. Sandy: Your Christmas tune was delightful. Last night, Christmas eve, my niece hosted a dinner that was great. There was a chicken dish, a pasta dish, salad, and I brought 2 different hors'douevres (mushroom) and (spinach with cheese). I also brought Lava Cake. Yum.
Today, my neighbor Esther, who came to the Maddicts event with me, will be hosting dinner with a pork dish. I will bring Pennsylvania Dutch eggnog (with rum and brandy in it) and Key Lime pie. Hope everyone will have as much fun as I will.
