Name some good Take Offs from Mad Men!
Example Viola and Betty: a la Gone With the Wind. Salvatore and family and his struggles. Help me think! Then we could basque in Mad Men Characters all week long!!! What do you think??

I think uh, this is a weak idea that you should have shelved. No offense.
.....Hi Nora!....I thought that one post a while back "Bride of Drapenstein" was hilarious. I forget who did it, but they did it well. Let me think about it.....
PeteandTrudy,
I think you're right. When I finally wrote it, I couldn't think of other shows I had thought of that were smart take offs of out great show. I'm still not totally with it since my recent experience but I shall keep trying to get into the mainstream.
Ah heck, Nora...seemed like a good idea at the time, huh? lol It's ok! I've never even posted an original thread...at least you tried. Most of your other thread ideas have been fine---remember "Who Are You and What Brought You Here?" ? That one was one of the best on the forums.
Hope you're doing better day by day. Take Care!
"Gypsy" starring Don Draper. HEE!
Meaning that he wanders around, doesn't know who he is or where he's going next. hehe
Hi scfan,
I'm better thanks. It's nice to talk to you. I just can't get enough of the stories from MM and would like a more detailed story of each character. I just feel that each character has a whole story and show altogether! Anyway, nice to be in touch.
MadMenSuze,
"Gypsy" that's Don Draper all the way! The story has infinite possibilities!
....scfan...oops I mean SCfan.....I wish they would put that thread on the side too - under "All-time favorites" or something.
It was so great, and so many more people could be writing on there in an ongoing way....
Same with the "Alter-ego" thread that Redhead64 posted.
Hey yeah Dry Manhattan,
I would like that. I want to know more about people and "Alter-ego", I missed that. Gotta go find it!!!!!!!!
Yeah, Dry M.,...they are capital letters---"SC"---because it stands for "Sterling Cooper", of which I am definitely a slobbering, rabid "fan".....is it Sunday night yet???
