Whoops. Sorry this posted 3 times! Anyway, Jimmy Kimmel told Regis Philbin that he plays poker with Jon Hamm on one of the Live shows.

....probably....apparently he's pretty good friends with sarah silverman, but since she and jimmy kimmel broke up, not sure what might have changed there.

I just cannot see Jan Hamm being friends with Sarah Silverman. She is so crass.

.....it's her job - no telling what she's like in real life. i've heard that comedians are the most tragic figures of all.

I've also heard they are the most fun to hang out with....

Most comedians use experiences from their own life for their "act."

I saw a bit of Jon Hamm on Live and then I saw a clip of Jon Hamm on Jimmy Kimmel telling Jimmy about being on the show & Regis wanting to take Jon home to surprise Regis's wife and Jon ended up spending most or all of the day with Regis. Jon was doing impressions of Regis and he was pretty good and funny.

funkyc: Can we see the Jimmy Kimmel clip online? I read somewhere (CRS) that some people think Jon was being disrespectful of Regis. I would hate to think that he would do that. I really want to like Jon Hamm, even though I do not like Don Draper. Regis is such an icon...and if he did, I would hope Jimmy K. would defend Regis in some way.

I watched the clip on youtube & it's a fun interview. Nothing to complain about. He referred to Regis as elfin--but Regis IS short!
