Peggy had another hospital flashback where Don came to visit her. He knows about the baby, and told her to forget everything and get on with her life. I think that's why she returned the favor in tonight's episode.
Pete's sperm test was normal,,,Trudy is upset because she knows it is her problem.

P.S. Don told Betty he had high blood pressure, the medication and alcohol caused his crash (of course he said he was alone), and in the last scene the family is having dinner and
Betty won't give him salt because of his BP problems. Sally asked why and Betty said, because "we love Daddy", I'm not sure, I think she is punishing him for his other behaviors.
