Wow-Interesting twist to see Sal married. However I hope that the writers will not leave it at that. What happened to Elliot Lawrence? I do hope that that story line will be revisited and we see the two of them reconnect. Those scenes with them meeting were some of the best acted of the season.

Maybe Sal was not married, and it was his girlfriend? It was Valentine's Day and she could have come over to fix him dinner. I think the show wants us to think he is married to throw us off. As far as Peggy's new attitude. She is not forgetting where she is coming from, she has a new job to get done and the secretary is getting in her way. If she can't get her work done because of the secretary, she will get fired. I think she has new priorities that are turning her into a hard ass. I always hated people at work who got in the way of me doing my job. The secretary was not wanting to get a hold of Don. Remember how Peggy flipped out when Don's wife showed up with the kids for pictures and Don wasn't there. She ran to Joan to figure out what to do. The new secretary knew Don was late and just sat and did nothing. I think it pissed off Peggy that she wasn't going to do anything. I think that is why Joan did not have any sympathy to the new secretary when Peggy made her cry.

P.S. Didn't you love the remark by Sal when he was watching Jackie Kennedy do her tour of the White House rooms? Sal said, "where's her husband?". He was watching the show just to salivate over JFK. Sal you need to get out of your closet soon before you burst into flames.

p59, Peggy did act like a prison interrogator with Lois. Only thing missing were the lights (like old cop movies) and a baton.
