Any predictions about the amount of cigarette smoking in season 2? Up or down or the same on Season 1.
Will Peggy keep the kid or will copywriting be the winner?
I thought tv had ended with the last episode off The Sopranos. It hasn't. Mad(ison) Men has been a revelation and a deeply satisfying series to watch.
In the UK we won't see the second series until well into 2009 - think of us as you settle down this July.

As a Robert Morse fan who hopes he is returning, I point out that so far Sterling has a wife but Cooper does not. I propose that it would be both age appropriate and TV history sly to recruit EJ Peeker as a guest as Cooper's wife. Morse and Peeker costarred in a unique suburban light opera on ABC in my sixties childhood. How can the original corporate climber Robert Morse have a Madmen scandal without a spouse?

If Mad Men producers screw up and don't submit the PERFECT sample episode to Emmy judges, it won't be nominated for best drama series. The LA Times says they're blowing it by submitting the finale episode 'The Wheel' instead of the one that could nab them the nom -- the pilot ("Smoke Gets in Your Eyes"). Do you agree? Read more about this plus Jon Hamm's episode -- plus vote in the poll!

The women of Sterling Cooper are definitely no sissies, but were they really breaking glass ceilings back then? What do others think about keeping true to the portrayal of working women in 1960?

To my knowledge, Vincent Kartheiser (Pete Campbell) turns 29 today, so I though this might be the appropriate place for us fans to send some birthday wishes ;-)
I wish him all the luck he can get for his private life and as much success as possible for Mad Men and every upcoming project :-)
