Can someone please explain to me why Canadians cannot enter this contest if they could enter the Casting Call Contest, which was exactly the same thing?!

I've left comments and e-mailed AMC multiple times and haven't gotten an answer. This is very frustrating, as I want to enter. I put a lot of effort into my Casting Call entry and spent weeks asking my friends to vote, and then was pushed out of the finals by people who I really don't think deserved to be there.

I thought this contest would be a second chance but now I can't enter.
