I'm not an aspiring model or actress but have been collecting and dressing vintage for years and was thrilled to have a chance to showcase one of my frocks via the contest. I too have been having a terrible time with the site - friends are telling me that they are unable to access my photo and I couldn't even cast a vote for my own photo today. Looks like the bugs have not yet been worked out yet.

The site's malfunctions are such a shame. Hopefully it will be up and running soon so our excited friends and family can participate in our enthusiastic quest to be cast as extras!!! Good luck to us all! = D

I thought of several alternate ways to capture votes which might be helpful ideas, anything from Twitter, 1-800 #'s, etc. but in the end it seemed more complicated..so I'll cross my fingers that this is resolved soon. :) I bet the contestants that entered in July are relieved that they were so quick! haha.

I am so tired of these malfunctions. So TIRED!

This contest was so unfair! Nobody has been able to vote the past 2 days except for a few brief minutes when the site was up! I hope Banana Republic and Mad Men decide to do it over the right way with a server that handle all the traffic. There are so many talented people that would love this opportunity and it should be a fair contest for everyone!!!
