Wish he or AMC would give us some news on that...hope we will be able to recognize him without his Joan get-up. I, for one, thought his video entry last year was hilarious.

MW picked the winner...I guess JZ's could be seen as "silly" but I liked the light-hearted, off-beat, feeling of his video. I could see great merit in so many of the more serious entries, however...Nora's included.

It might have been a good idea in retrospect to have three categorical winners, amateur, comedic, and professional. Too late now, of course.

MAD MEN Casting Call is a great promotion....only problem is that your friends try to vote for you (no more than once a day) and get an error message that says "You've already voted". Hope the fans can keep trying until the programming kinks are worked out.

The contest's entry dates were to include today (Aug. 11), but the site has been down all day. It hasn't been possible to upload an entry photo. Will the contest deadline be extended?

I'm really disappointed. I tried to enter all day but the site never processed my entry form. How is it fair that the contest essentially ends before the published deadline? The entry/voting deadline should be extended.

This wasn't a contest, it was a marketing ploy/promotion for Mad Men and Banana Republic. If it were a real contest, then the "entry" date and the voting dates would not have ended at the same time. I am a"mad woman" since the contest stated it would post my friend's entry within 24 hours, and then the contest ended before it posted! Bet they collected a lot of emails to spam...
