Revisit Interviews From Season 2 and Read What the Crew Have to Say
Mad Men episodes aren't the only thing worth repeating. Check out these interviews with the team behind Season 2 to better appreciate the work behind each episode.
• "Joan, she's always worn fitted garments; she always will wear fitted garments, until the day she's six feet under!" -- Janie Bryant (Costume Designer)
• "Maybe he thinks I'm the violent type who pounds on doors and threatens women." -- Dan Bishop (Production Designer)
• "There's a great deal of music that is, of course, from the period, but occasionally we do step out -- like a Cranberries song that was featured in Season 1." -- Alexandra Patsavas (Music Supervisor)
• "... picture tends to lead first and then music follows, which I think is the right way to do things. You're more in sync with the audience, the way the audience feels." -- David Carbonara (Music Composer)
• "Finding the right height for the camera, that's always an issue on our show because we know we want it to be low -- but how low do you go?" -- Chris Manley (Cinematographer)• "It wasn't a big car crash, though it was a big car crash for Mad Men." -- Jennifer Getzinger (Director, Episode 5)

.....Wow.....GREAT reading. Now I know we weren't imagining the excellence going on behind the scenes, and it really does enhance the viewing experience to learn how they get things done. The knowledgeable comments were, as always, really impressive.
(Still looking for the link to the episode music list page, and the schedule still has broken links, or something.....)
